Multiple complete product disassemblies of existing products in the brand’s portfolio provided direct insights into the product architecture and sustainability of the product. Based on these insights, a strategic roadmap for sustainable product innovation was detailed. This roadmap contained three phases: Materialization; Modularity; Mono-Material. All three phases were accompanied with an early concept design, illustrating opportunities within the different circular design principles.
